The price is 10,000 yen (approx.) including the day's recommendation + signature menu + a la carte + beverages, I think this is the ideal style for the owner. Please enjoy sushi served at the counter without any tension.
A simmered dish made with fresh seasonal fish purchased that day, cooked to a fluffy texture. This popular menu item features a subtly sweet and light flavor that allows the deliciousness of the fish to shine through.
An ultra-mini bowl topped luxuriously with ikura and uni on a small amount of rice. The rich sweetness and ocean aroma of Hokkaido uni, combined with the umami of ikura enhanced by dashi soy sauce, spreads in your mouth. This is a flavor that even those who are not fond of uni and ikura should try.
Served in a style where the toppings, such as white fish and shrimp, are enjoyed with European special salt. The rice, carefully cooked over an open flame using rice from the Tanba region of Hyogo Prefecture, is further enhanced in flavor by the use of salt.

A clean taste with no off-flavors in warmed sake.
Warm sake with a gentle aroma. Easy to drink warm sake.
Local sake with a light and dry taste. Soft umami flavor. It is served chilled, but slightly warmed is also recommended. It pairs excellently with sushi and has become a staple since the opening.

It is popular among those who are okay with sweetness.
A mellow flavor that is familiar to the Japanese palate and pairs exceptionally well with Japanese cuisine. It goes well with soy sauce, wasabi, sashimi, salmon roe, and seafood. Recognized worldwide and has won numerous awards. It is featured in JAL's Executive Class.
Fruity and powerful with a hint of lemon flavor, this wine is well-balanced. It does not overpower dishes and pairs well with sushi and seafood.
Crisp and dry. Fresh and fruity. The subtly exotic and rich flavor is impressive.
This wine is made from Chardonnay grapes known as 'Emperor's Grapes' that are 180 years old. It allows you to fully appreciate the flavor of the grapes, with a mineral sensation that is well-balanced and not overly strong, making it a very good dry wine.
This is a well-balanced red wine that offers a rich body and a smooth mouthfeel.
Made from very high-quality grapes, it has a beautiful color and an elegant aroma reminiscent of cherries.
This is a Cremant de Bourgogne, which cannot be called Champagne due to being divided by administrative districts, but is made from the same Chardonnay and terroir as Champagne, resulting in a quality that is very close to Champagne.
