The style of being able to request cooking on the spot after payment is fresh and very exciting. The fresh fish corner, in particular, is diverse and surprising with ingredients I've never seen before. The salad made with the selected new onions and the dashimaki with pickled ginger highlight the sweetness and aroma of the ingredients, making it the best. The pasta finished with mushrooms and clams was coated in a rich sauce that made me happy. The water spinach with just the right amount of salt and the crispy fried chicken wings are so delicious that I couldn't stop eating. The friendly staff carefully listens to requests, making it fun to imagine what ingredients to choose next.
