Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with bright smiles, which made me feel at ease. I could see the cooking process over the counter, and my expectations kept rising. Every dish made with fresh seafood from the Hokuriku region was rich in flavor, and the crunchy texture of the pufferfish skin was particularly impressive. The sashimi was served in individual portions, making it easy to eat, and I was moved by its beautiful presentation. Warm dishes like tecchiri and fried food were carefully prepared to order, and even the vegetables were infused with deliciousness. By the time I enjoyed dessert, both my stomach and heart were satisfied, and I walked home feeling happy.
