Sitting at the counter, the restaurant has a calm atmosphere where you can enjoy grilled meat slowly even alone. Thanks to the gas roaster, the smoke is minimal, which is a pleasant surprise. The signature drinkable roast is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and it was perfect when placed on rice. The beef tongue is also thick, and when grilled slowly, the fat melts just right, spreading its delicious flavor. On the table, there is a homemade sauce that is slightly sweet, allowing you to enjoy a change in flavor. With a variety of drinks in hand, I felt that it was a wonderful place where you can casually savor the meat.
