The style of ordering at the counter and paying in advance is easy to understand and reassuring. While waiting at the table with the call number, I was excited by the aroma of herbs wafting through the restaurant. The seafood pho that arrived had a clear broth infused with the flavors of shellfish and shrimp, making it a taste that you want to drink to the last drop. Adding the lemon and ginger provided on the side transformed the soup, allowing for a second enjoyment. The chicken rice I ordered alongside it had fluffy rice and moist chicken that paired perfectly, and the slightly sweet sauce and refreshing condiments made me keep reaching for my chopsticks. The fried chicken coated in rice flour was also light and crispy, and it disappeared quickly even when shared among everyone.
