When you enter, the staff greets you with a very bright and cheerful voice. It's a style where you take off your shoes to go inside, and there are seats with steps and a counter, making for an interesting layout. The atmosphere is calming, like a secret base, and there is a wide variety of drinks, including sweet potato shochu. The white liver skewers have a wonderful aroma and a creamy texture that is superb. The homemade raw tsukune is larger than usual, and the sauce is just right, making it satisfying. The shiitake mushrooms have a mild flavor and a good texture, and the sea urchin shiso can be quite delicate and may run out quickly.
