As soon as I sat down in the warm, wooden interior of the restaurant, I felt a sense of relief. The signature dish, the all-inclusive nabe-yaki udon, has a slightly sweet broth with a hint of ginger, and is packed with ingredients that bring happiness. The large tempura and fluffy sweet inari were particularly impressive, and I was engrossed in eating until the very end. The thin, soft noodles paired well with the broth, creating a unique texture that I felt was special to this place. There were also tempura of offal and fresh raw senmai available, providing plenty of enjoyment beyond just the udon. The quick movements of the staff and the lively atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable.
