When I ordered the tempura rice bowl and a small udon together, I was first relieved by the clear flavor of the broth. The udon was thin with just the right firmness, and the smooth texture was pleasant to the throat. The tempura rice bowl was topped with shrimp, chicken, pumpkin, lotus root, and seaweed, and the light batter enhanced the umami of the ingredients. The cold soba was well coated with a creamy sesame sauce, and the refreshing spiciness of the onion added an accent. The rice balls were nicely shaped and easy to eat in one bite, providing just the right amount of satisfaction. The staff's polite and warm service also contributed to a pleasant dining experience until the end.

When you sit at the counter, you can immediately feel the friendliness of the staff. The tempura rice bowl features crispy and fragrant shrimp, chicken tempura, pumpkin, lotus root, and seaweed that make it hard to put down your chopsticks. The accompanying mini udon is thin, with a slightly firmer boil and a refreshing broth that pairs perfectly. The cold soba has a firm texture, allowing you to enjoy the elegant flavor of the Sarashina style. The sesame dressing salad soba has a light spiciness from the new onions that adds an accent, making it enjoyable until the very end. The portion is also ample, leaving both my stomach and heart very satisfied.
