Grapes: Prosecco. In Veneto, Italy, when it comes to sparkling wine, it is Prosecco. It is a fruity and elegant sparkling wine.
Grapes: Grecanico, Chardonnay. A sparkling wine from Sicily with a strong aroma and flavor. It pairs perfectly with Allegro pizza!
Variety: Verdicchio. This wine is characterized by a fresh and refreshing quality reminiscent of apples from the Marche region.
Grapes: Sauvignon. Fresh and refreshing from Friuli-Venezia Giulia. This wine is refreshing yet smooth. It also features tropical aromas.
Grapes: Fiano. A wine from Campania with a lot of minerality and a solid structure. It pairs well with pizza, pasta, and main fish dishes!
Variety Cabernet Sauvignon from Veneto, it is a type of Cabernet Sauvignon that is less astringent and light, making it easy to drink.
