I was recommended by a friend to visit here for the first time. The bright interior of the renovated old house feels like a café and is very comfortable. The feathered baked dumplings have a crispy and fragrant skin, and the hot meat juice bursts out from inside, making me smile involuntarily. Adjusting the chopped garlic and vinegar pepper on a separate plate to my liking makes the flavor changes enjoyable. I also ordered the shiso dumplings, which have a refreshing aroma that I can really appreciate, making it hard to stop eating. The mint tea that came out after the meal refreshed my mouth, and it turned out to be a satisfying lunch until the very end.
