I had a seasonal limited natural duck course, and I was satisfied from start to finish. The flow of small dishes, tataki, and grilled items was enjoyable, and I was amazed by the tenderness of the meat. The unique flavor of the wild duck caught by the seaside has hints of seaweed and small fish. There was no unpleasant odor, and the fat was light, with the grilled dishes having a nice bounce that made each bite delightful. The final hot pot and soba were also carefully prepared, with the flavor of the tsukune broth soaking in, which was irresistible. The selection of sake was abundant, pairing well with the aroma of the duck, making it easy to keep enjoying another cup.
