This is a bakery located up the hill from Nomiendai Station. The interior is bright with a white theme, and the white wood decor creates a gentle atmosphere. The rice flour bread made from organic rice is chewy, and you can enjoy a fun selection of both savory and sweet options. The bread made with seasonal fruits and the one filled with mushrooms sautéed in butter and soy sauce are very delicious. Rice balls and cookies are also available, and the decorative rice ears on the table catch the eye. You can enjoy café au lait at the eat-in counter, and they ask about your syrup preferences, making it a comfortable place to be.
