Cafe Tashi-Tashi's popular dessert, an unwavering number one! The fragrant aroma and sweetness of nuts, perfectly balanced with figs, uses minimal sugar to enhance the natural flavors, resulting in a refined dessert for adults with a restrained sweetness.
A nostalgic pudding with a slightly bitter caramel. It seems like something you could find in any cafe, but this is a dish you can only taste here.
A coffee that you must try at least once, awarded at an international competition. The sweetness of fruits spreads in your mouth! Please enjoy the aroma and flavor of this top-quality cup. This coffee is served in a generous amount of two cups using a French press, close to the judging method used in competitions, to fully appreciate the original taste of the coffee beans. Enjoy the best cup elegantly! The Cup of Excellence is the most rigorous quality standard among international coffee titles. As of 2015, competitions are held in 10 countries: Brazil, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Rwanda, Burundi, and Colombia. International judges from about 20 countries are invited, and only coffees that score high in a three-week judging session can earn the title of 'Cup of Excellence'. Please note that due to freshness, we receive small quantities, so we appreciate your understanding if we run out.
We offer distinctive flavors from various coffee-producing regions. Each cup is brewed using a siphon and poured into your cup right in front of you. For example, we have 5 to 6 different flavors of coffee available at all times, including Brazil, Kenya, and Ethiopia. Price: 940 yen (tax included) and up.
A refreshing balance of acidity and sweetness. With a hint of nutty aroma, this bitter blend, recommended for those who prefer dark roasts, has a sweetness reminiscent of bitter chocolate and a strong bitterness. It pairs very well with milk.
