Handmade soba has a wonderful aroma and a firm texture. The flat noodles have a slight variation in thickness, and the mouthfeel is pleasant. The dipping sauce is rich and smooth, with a well-balanced flavor that pairs perfectly with the condiments. The tiered box set with a parent-child rice bowl on top and soba noodles underneath is delightful. It comes with salad, miso soup, and pickles, providing a sense of satisfaction. The tempura seems to be fried to order, resulting in a crispy finish that is enjoyable.
