Mostly sourced from Goto. Tempura made from fresh local fish that can also be served as sashimi. Limited availability, so get it before it sells out. The vegetables are also delicious from Goto. The freshness is different when harvested in the morning.
We cook and serve rice harvested in the local Komoribuchi town in the even more local Goto Islands every morning. Especially the new rice from October will surprise you when you eat it!
