This is a standard product from Shirataki Sake Brewery located in Noto, Wajima. It embodies the saying 'Noto is gentle, even the sake is'! Its mild aroma and deep sweetness pair perfectly with our dishes.
This is a genuine junmai sake made in Hakui City on the Noto Peninsula, known as the town of UFOs. It features a robust yet mild flavor, and it is recommended to enjoy it at room temperature or warmed.
The maker consists of just five people. Although the production volume is small, this sake brewery produces high-quality sake with a refined flavor and elegant umami. The rice polishing ratio for this sake is 50%, and the pride and modesty of the brewery can be felt in their claim of 'Junmai sake' with the same polishing as Daiginjo.
A summer limited sake of 'Tsurunoe', known for its rich and delicious flavor! It features a refreshing crispness.
A sake brewery that is particular about using rice grown in-house. This is a bottle that challenges the expression of the terroir of the local Nechi Valley.
A summer limited sake presented by British toji Philip Harper. It is great to drink as is, and also recommended on the rocks.
