4.1

There were many cars in the parking lot, and I felt the popularity from the moment I entered. The interior has a counter and a raised seating area, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The soba noodles are thinly cut, providing a pleasant texture, and they pair well with the fragrant dipping sauce, wasabi, and chopped green onions. The tempura is crispy, and the white shrimp tempura is light and delicious. The dashi-maki tamago (rolled omelet) and nishin soba (soba with herring) are also very satisfying, with the umami of the herring gently spreading in the dipping sauce. I appreciated the thoughtful service of quickly providing soy sauce, coarse salt, and small plates, and I felt relaxed at the end with the soba-yu (noodle broth).
