You are guided to a room with a calm atmosphere where you can spend your time leisurely. Dishes that convey the season appear one after another, and just watching them is exciting. The plate with small bowls lined up is beautifully colorful, and the tableware is stylish and lovely. You can enjoy a balanced selection of sashimi, shrimp dumplings, and gently flavored stews, all of which are elegantly delicious. You can also have a second helping of rice, providing a great sense of satisfaction. The timing of the service is pleasant, and the feeling of happiness continued all the way to the final dessert.
