Using the rare strawberry 'Hakata Amanou', which is produced only in Fukuoka and has large grains and rich sweetness, this is a syrup made from Kyushu fruits.
We used 'Dekopon', a fruit from Kyushu that is rich in aroma and has an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity, carefully crafted. This is a syrup made from straight fruit juice squeezed from the fruit itself, with added sweetness from Kyushu fruits.
