We had a lot of dishes from offal hot pot to side dishes, skewers, and desserts. There were times when I thought the prices were a bit high, but everyone was satisfied and said everything was delicious! We stayed for quite a long time, but the staff were very accommodating and didn't show any displeasure, which I appreciated. The seating was a bit cramped for seven people, but it couldn't be helped since we added one more person later.

In a calm and relaxed atmosphere, I first ordered a sashimi platter, and I was surprised by the glossy, thick slices and their freshness. The curry-style hot pot, fragrant with spices, was lighter than I had imagined, and the umami from the seafood, chicken, and pork combined made me keep reaching for more. The cheese risotto added at the end was creamy and paired perfectly with the hot pot's broth. The steamed Koshihikari pork was moist and tender, and I was delighted to find that its sweetness was enhanced when eaten with pickles. The aroma of Sichuan pepper placed on the table was strong, and sprinkling a little on the dishes really tightened the flavors. Additionally, the sake was self-serve, allowing me to pour various brands, which made for a leisurely and enjoyable experience while choosing my favorite vessel.

We serve a delicious rare hamburger steak. The Himalayan rock salt gives it a sweet taste, and the crispy onion chips are excellent in the onion sauce. High in protein and low in fat, the chicken steak and rare hamburger steak are served with crispy onion chips that are good for the blood vessels. You can also enjoy yuzu ice cream.
