We offer several event booking options depending on the size of your group and event style. Events of 35 or more can be booked on any day, including days the wine bar would not usually be open.
The private room will have a space rental of $300 per hour/minimum 3 hours and food & beverage minimum of $85 per person for seated or reception style events for 16-45 guests.
Event space will have a space rental of $500 per hour/minimum 3 hours and food & beverage minimum of $95 per person for seated or reception style events for 41-70 guests.
For 71-100 seated or up to 136 reception style, on an evening the wine bar is not typically open will have a space rental of $750 per hour/minimum 3 hours and food & beverage minimum of $100 per person. For similar buy out event for which we have to close the wine bar on an evening we would typically be open will have a space rental of $900 per hour/minimum 3 hours and food & beverage minimum of $125 per person.
For 12-30 guests, or outside on the Indie Station patio for up to 55 guests, are $100-$150 per person, depending on wine theme/wine costs for the class and paired menu items selected.
Can be booked on any day or time the wine bar is not already open and cost $150-200 per person depending on menu. Beverage will be billed separately.
For 15-30 guests can be booked on any day or time the wine bar is not already open and cost $250-$350 per person depending on menu and wine class theme/wine costs.
Groups of 16-20 seated at the Fire Pit and two adjacent rows of tables will have a space rental of $250 per hour/minimum 3 hours and food & beverage minimum of $75 per person.
Groups of 21-30 at the Fire Pit and three adjacent rows of tables will have a space rental of $300 per hour/minimum 3 hours and food & beverage minimum of $85 per person.
Groups of 31-40 at the Fire Pit and four adjacent rows of tables will have a space rental of $350 per hour/minimum 3 hours and food & beverage minimum of $95 per person.
Groups of 41-55 seated or up to 100 reception style would constitute a buy-out of the Indie Station patio and will have a space rental of $500 per hour/minimum 3 hours and food & beverage minimum of $120 per person.
