Special Junmai Homare Fuji. Brewed with water from Mount Fuji, this sake has a unique taste that is characteristic of Shizuoka. Made with Shizuoka-grown Omachi rice, it has a rich aroma and a soft flavor.
Junmai Ginjo Black Label Sake with a sake meter value of +6. It has a rich and savory taste that is fitting for good luck.
Suginishiki is a junmai sake with a Japan sake meter value of +7. It has a rich and intense acidity and astringency, creating a rough yet well-balanced flavor that pairs excellently with various dishes without becoming tiresome.
Junmai sake with a Japan Sake Meter Value of +2, made with organically grown Omachi rice. Despite being a junmai sake, it has a refreshing taste.
A well-known famous sake. It is one of the hard-to-obtain shochu. It has a gentle flavor that does not get tired of drinking, unique to aged sake. It stands out with a glamorous aroma and leaves a rich aftertaste.
This shochu has a rich aroma and flavor, made using water nurtured by the great nature of the Kirishima mountain range.
Isami is a representative sweet potato shochu that is said to have sparked the shochu boom. Its soft aroma that never gets tired of drinking goes well with various dishes.
