Fresh dried fish occasionally arrives from the Echizen coast. It goes well with a cold beer. For cooking methods such as sautéing, meunière, and steaming, please refer to the board in the store or ask the staff. Don't miss the giant garlic butter grilled prawns (they are truly huge and surprising).
