A cozy hideaway to enjoy flavorful handmade soba and fine sake

Soba and Sake Madaraan is a place where you can enjoy flavorful handmade soba and fine sake in a calm atmosphere. The duck steak, with its perfect balance of smokiness and sweet fat, and the crispy, light tempura are both exquisite. The selection of sake and wine is extensive, and their refined flavors harmonize beautifully with the dishes. The interior design also reflects a thoughtful attention to detail, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant experience every time you visit.

With a calm atmosphere centered around the counter, you can spend your time leisurely. The soba, based on mori and kake, has a wonderful aroma, and the dipping sauce is a crisp Edo-style. When you quickly dip it and eat, you can strongly feel the flavor of the noodles. The tempura is fried right in front of you, crispy, and pairs well with salt. The roasted duck is fragrant, with a moderate sweetness from the fat that leaves a lasting impression. There is also a variety of sake, and the pairing of warm sake with the dishes was very good.
