The atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff's response is polite. The vegetable sticks that come out first have a variety of dips, making it hard to resist reaching for more. The skewered fried food has a light texture that makes it easy to keep eating, and I was excited to see what would come next. There are also unique items like yuba rolls, oysters, wheat gluten, and sukiyaki-style dishes, all of which were satisfying. There is a shochu project where the results are determined by dice, which gets everyone excited. Even the final tea rice was delicious, and the overall balance was just right.
