The 'salt' ramen of Tiger Roar is based on Mongolian lake salt, finished with a refreshing taste, and finally sprinkled with fish meal made from three kinds of dried fish, boasting a sea-scented salt flavor, and the homemade roasted pork is also exquisite.
Toraoshi's soy sauce ramen uses soy sauce that is not available in general circulation, squeezed from Suyama Soy Sauce, a long-established store in Yonago with a history of 130 years, and uses 'living soy sauce (freshly fried)' that has not been heat-treated.
