This course allows you to enjoy sukiyaki with Kuroge Wagyu beef ribs. All-you-can-drink 2 hours for 2,000 yen can be added.
This course begins with chicken thigh tataki, followed by the deliciously flavored Jidori oyadori and young chicken junjun. An all-you-can-drink 2-hour drink package can also be added for 2,000 yen.
These pigs are raised in Miyazaki Prefecture on acorns. We mainly serve shoulder loin of acorn-fed pork. It has a good balance of lean and fatty meat, and goes well with our homemade orange ponzu (citrus juice). It is so delicious that you can eat it as much as you want. All-you-can-drink option can be added for 2,000 yen per 2 hours.
The block steak is very tender and juicy because the Black Angus beef loin is slow cooked at low temperature before grilling. All-you-can-drink for 2 hours can be added for 2,000 yen.
