Basically, A4 rank Yamato beef sirloin is used. It is characterized by being relatively not greasy, juicy, and the more you chew, the deeper the flavor of the meat becomes. The seasonal vegetables are sourced from contracted farmers in Nara and Ikoma, as well as local seasonal vegetables.
