This is a fun counter-only establishment with a lively atmosphere in the alley. The large pot of oden has a light broth with a clean aftertaste. The umami of kelp and seafood permeates the ingredients, soaking in beautifully. The black hanpen, shinoda, and beef tendon are particularly impressive, with a strong aroma and flavor. The grilled chicken thigh is carefully cooked with olive oil, making it fragrant and tender. There are also various types of meat rolls, allowing you to enjoy them slowly while snacking.
