Looking at the soba served, one can see dried bonito flakes, broiled egg, cucumber, tenkasu, and chopped nori, giving the dish a chilled chuka atmosphere. The important thing is the taste, which is very nice. It is a wonderful balance of flavorful soba and tsuyu. The main ingredient, tenkasu, is also unusual: it is not as crispy as most, but rather crunchy and slightly firmer. Because they are finer, they are moderately entangled when the noodles are lifted, giving the noodles a very good sense of balance as they are brought to the mouth. It was a wonderful taste that is only available at several restaurants. I would definitely visit again when I pass by the neighborhood.
