Here, you can take eel home, which is very convenient. They also have Shimanto eel, which is very tender and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The skin is thin and doesn't linger in your mouth, and it has just the right thickness and elasticity, providing a satisfying experience. It is steamed before being grilled, resulting in a moist finish, and the sauce is mild, making it easy to eat with rice. You can enjoy it just by warming it up in the microwave, and it pairs perfectly with freshly cooked white rice. There are options for size selection, as well as grilled liver and liver soup, making the time spent choosing at the sales area enjoyable.
