We simmered Date chicken for six hours to create a collagen-rich, milky white soup. We selected vegetables that do not compromise the flavor of the soup. This is a hot pot where the soup takes center stage. Please be sure to taste the soup first. It will be available for a limited time from October to April.
Domestic garlic and Korean chili pepper enhance the flavor of the chicken soup. Prevents summer fatigue with spiciness and heat. Enjoy deliciously until the end. Limited sale from May to September (planned).
We offer champon noodles and zosui.
