Please enjoy our No.1 popular menu "Ohara". First, three kinds of sushi covered with the exquisite acidity and sweetness of Kyoto-style rolled and pressed sushi. Then, a small bowl of freshly fried tempura and freshly shredded daikon radish, both with artisanal techniques. Then, warm soba noodles served in a special broth gently envelopes you in warmth and flavor. The deep flavor of the homemade buckwheat noodles, which are prepared every morning, and the special blend of dashi broth is truly a "one-of-a-kind" dish that can only be enjoyed here.
The seasonal Matsumae Mackerel Sushi is a perfect match between the sweetness of kombu (kelp) and the right amount of vinegared rice. The combination of the cold-cooled Zaru-soba and crispy Tempura is both refreshing and satisfying at the same time. The moderate vinegar accent whets the appetite, and the soba and tempura make for a hearty meal.
Yuba lovers will love this luxurious Kyoto cuisine set of "yuba-zukuri". The dish starts off elegantly with soft yuba sashimi and savory fu dengaku (grilled fu with soy sauce). Next, crispy and light yuba tempura, followed by refreshing yuba with mitsure, and then a mini yuba chirimen donburi to make you feel relaxed. The meal ends with soba noodles with yuba and potherb mustard.
