When I casually entered a corner of the Michi no Eki Meihou, the atmosphere was warm and comforting. The soba had a pleasant aroma and was easy to eat, with the dipping sauce being just right. It came with grated daikon as a condiment, which enhanced the flavor significantly. The dashi-maki was fluffy and satisfying, and its appearance was beautiful and memorable. The large pieces of eggplant in the nasu ume oroshi soba were plentiful, making it enjoyable to eat. The staff's service was polite and pleasant, and the thoughtful details like the washi toothpick holder were lovely.
