You can buy meal tickets at the vending machine and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while waiting. The soup comes in two varieties: rich and light. The rich version has a strong chicken flavor, while the light version has a pleasant blend of chicken, pork, and bonito. You can choose from thin, medium-thick, or curly noodles, all of which have a nice chewiness and smooth texture. The soft bone pork is served on a separate plate with mustard and wasabi, and it is wonderfully tender. The soba with Nuchimaasu salt and bonito is enjoyable to eat by adding the separately provided broth after seasoning it with salt, and the aroma of bonito is quite strong. By changing the flavor with table-top Kooregoos and pickled ginger, you can enjoy it deliciously until the end.
