The menu is diverse, and it is exciting to have a variety of soba, dishes, and desserts. The hegi soba has a smooth texture that goes down easily, and it has a nice chewiness that makes it enjoyable to eat. The presentation, arranged like waves, is beautiful and stimulates the appetite just by looking at it. The vegetable tempura and tuna salad are also delicious, and the wasabi-flavored dressing is refreshing. I appreciated the option for a half salad, and they even provided warm tea and soba water after the meal. The staff is lively and friendly, and in the end, I thoroughly enjoyed the black sugar syrup and kinako ice cream.
