The calm atmosphere of traditional Japanese style allows you to see the courtyard from the tatami room, bringing peace to your heart. The display of armor at the entrance catches the eye and gives a sense of the establishment's long history. The staff's service is attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. The sashimi of castle town flounder has a clear flavor, and you can enjoy the edges, skin, and liver as well. The simmered dish is infused with a rich broth and has a gentle deliciousness, while the fried fish is fragrant and can be eaten crispy, including the small bones. The flounder miso served with cucumber and the nigiri with a hint of wasabi also provide a different kind of deliciousness that is satisfying.
