This course is exactly 6,000 yen and includes our popular thick-cut top beef tongue and 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink.
Each person must reserve one piece of beef tongue. For example, a reservation for 5 persons will be 5 pieces.
It is recommended to grill thick slices of pork belly to a crisp while skimming off the fat.
This is an all-you-can-drink course for reservations only. (If there is no reservation, it will be all-you-can-drink for 100 minutes.)

Monday to Thursday, offered at 290 yen instead of 390 yen. Beer and highball are the best.

If you come to Ginhole, order without hesitation! This is the tongue's base part. The most tender and juicy. A dish you can't eat anywhere else. It will be a limited menu item.

This is a safe and secure liver sashimi prepared with low-temperature cooking. The texture and taste are impeccable. There may be cases of unavailability depending on the supply situation.
