B2

[B² Kiyosumi Shirakawa Main Store] uses carefully selected Tokachi-grown wheat and natural yeast made from fruits in all of its breads. The diverse range of breads includes a wide variety of options such as savory breads, sweets, sandwiches, and cakes. In particular, the pairing with meticulously crafted coffee that showcases the skills of the roaster is exquisite. One of the attractions of these combinations is the ability to enjoy different flavors every day.

The interior is adorned with art of French Bulldogs by Bridget Tyson from New Zealand, creating a warm atmosphere. In the glass-walled kitchen, you can enjoy the cooking scene, and the seating is arranged around a space where you can see the staff at work. Takeout is also available, but please enjoy a relaxing moment inside the store.

Opened its main store in Kiyosumi Shirakawa in 2020, with 4 locations in Tokyo. A new industrial cafe where bakers, roasters, and baristas come together.
