The flavor of the chicken is distinctly felt, and the aroma can be enjoyed as well. The style of grilling it on a net is interesting, and the fat drips off, making it light to eat. There is a rich variety of cuts, and the different textures of the tsukune and wings were enjoyable. The chicken sashimi, including the liver and skin, was delicious, and the chewy cuts were addictive. The dashimaki with grated yam was particularly good. I also appreciated the chu-hai topped with fruit and the convenience of ordering via QR code.
