The restaurant focuses on pork dishes, and the interior is enveloped in a calm Japanese atmosphere, allowing you to relax immediately. The dishes made with local Mihono pork are mild and convey the quality of the ingredients effortlessly. The braised pork is so tender that it crumbles easily, and the flavor penetrates deeply, leaving a strong impression. The pork cutlet has a light and crispy coating, while the inside is moist and juicy, making it delicious even without sauce. The black pork shabu-shabu can be enjoyed refreshingly with ponzu sauce containing chopped green onions, and when paired with vegetables like white leeks, you can't stop eating. The arrangement of the counter and tatami seating is also comfortable, and the cute signboard and noren featuring illustrations of pigs reflect the care and effort put into every dish from start to finish.
