In a calm and beautiful space, you can enjoy yourself without pretense. The small appetizer plate is cute in appearance, featuring impressive items like foie gras and raisin sandwiches, as well as cheese churros. The sea urchin and grilled corn velouté is rich in aroma, with the sweetness of the corn and the pleasant texture of the kernels. The foie gras pudding has a perfect balance of saltiness, the slight bitterness of caramel, and gentle sweetness. The roasted duck breast is cooked to perfection, and the umami spreads with each bite. The staff's service is pleasant, allowing for a relaxed experience.
