Clam chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) with stir-fried scallops and scallops with soybean flour. A combination of ingredients for texture with swallow's nest, white asparagus, abalone, and bean sprouts. The classic spring roll is divided into four parts inside, allowing each flavor to be enjoyed. Shark's fin with fish-based soup has become a staple at Xin Qiong. The quality of this sushi is honestly amazing for ¥3,500 for a 10-piece course.
The scallops (second photo) are filleted, the sea eel is seared, and the owner has added a touch or two to the sushi, and it is all delicious.
Even if you order a few extra items and drink some sake, the price is about 7,000 yen.
I don't know of any other authentic sushi restaurants in this area that charge less than 10,000 yen.
Personally, I think it would be a good place to visit for the second time.
