The owner recommends this course, which includes the seasonal flavors of Yamagata. Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance to allow time for the preparation of the "18 seasonal appetizers".

Now, we have received delicious vegetables from the fields of the 'Kawabe Italy Vegetables' farmers, whose value is increasing. Please enjoy it as a salad with baby leaf picked by local grandmas.
We prepare young chicken fillets marinated in homemade miso paste and seared. Please enjoy the matured flavor. It pairs wonderfully with Yamagata sake.
