Game Restaurant Ryoshi no Ajito

This is a reservation-only course in which you can enjoy shabu-shabu with wild boar meat from Kitakyushu, which is caught by hunters and carefully processed at our own "Kitakyushu Ghibier" facility. This dish has little odor, and the sweetness of the fat and the flavor of the lean meat spread out. It is easy to eat for those who are new to wild boar, and is recommended for special dinners and adult retreats. Please enjoy the unique gibier experience of a hunter in a relaxed space that is limited to one couple per day.
