Our most popular dish! Made in Ena City, Gifu Prefecture, these sausages are carefully aged without using chemical seasonings, preservatives, or colorings to bring out their natural flavors. This dish includes two types of Gobal sausages and one carefully selected type that changes daily. (The contents of the assortment may vary depending on availability.)

Overwhelming hop aroma and cloudiness. Everyone's favorite Hazy IPA, also known as 'New England IPA.' Despite being an IPA, it is not bitter, offering a fruity and juicy flavor and aroma. It has a slightly thick and smooth mouthfeel due to the cloudiness that makes it hard to see through the glass. A collaboration beer with Hoshigaoka Seimenjo, which won the Bronze Award at the Japan Great Beer Awards 2023. One-fourth of the ingredients is kishimen. We used the trimmings of kishimen from Hoshigaoka Seimenjo. It is light and easy to drink, with a refreshing aroma and acidity of sudachi. The alcohol content and bitterness are moderate.
