House Brewed Craft Beer

This is craft beer brewed in-house. We always have more than six varieties, and we are continuously creating new types. You can enjoy it fresh at the restaurant or take bottles to go. The sizes available are two types of draft and tasting, and the bottles are 330ml.

KENZO IPA (Half Pint)

Awarded the Bronze Medal at the Japan Great Beer Awards 2023, this classic IPA features the bitterness of bittering hops and a lightly sweet aroma from citrus hops, while still allowing the malt's aroma and sweetness to shine through. It may not be flashy, but it is easy to drink with a refreshing aroma and aftertaste. It pairs excellently with spicy sausages and more. Alcohol by volume (ABV): 7.0% Bitterness (IBU): 60 Ingredients: Malt, Hops

JPY 700

Future Trees (Half Pint)

A British-born English Pale Ale that allows you to feel the richness of malt. The bitterness is mild, and the alcohol content is low, making it recommended for craft beer beginners. As it warms up, the aromas of malt and hops become more vibrant, allowing you to enjoy the changes in taste and fragrance while sipping slowly. Alcohol by volume (ABV): 5.0% Bitterness (IBU): 30 Ingredients: Malt, Hops

JPY 700

Pop Eyes (Half Pint)

Overwhelming hop aroma and cloudiness. Everyone's favorite Hazy IPA, also known as 'New England IPA.' Despite being an IPA, it is not bitter, offering a fruity and juicy flavor and aroma. It has a slightly thick and smooth mouthfeel due to the cloudiness that makes it hard to see through the glass. A glass that allows you to feel tropical aromas, along with the sweetness of hops and malt. Alcohol by volume (ABV): 7.0% Bitterness (IBU): 30 Ingredients: malt, hops

Kishimen Damonde (Half Pint)

A collaboration beer with Hoshigaoka Seimenjo, which won the Bronze Award at the Japan Great Beer Awards 2023. One-fourth of the ingredients is kishimen. We used the trimmings of kishimen from Hoshigaoka Seimenjo. It is light and easy to drink, with a refreshing aroma and acidity of sudachi. The alcohol content and bitterness are moderate. It pairs well with fried foods. Alcohol by volume (ABV): 5.0% Bitterness (IBU): 15 Ingredients: malt, hops, kishimen

JPY 700

Trigger (Half Pint)

A full-bodied beer that won the Silver Award at the Japan Great Beer Awards 2023, brewed with a large amount of six types of hops. Enjoy the aroma and bitterness of the hops. Recommended for those who find Pop Eyes lacking. Alcohol by volume (ABV): 8.5% Bitterness (IBU): 90 Ingredients: Malt, Hops

JPY 750

Acchamoi (Half Pint)

Collaboration beer with FERMERS PASSION, which won the bronze award at the Japan Great Beer Awards 2023. A dry stout that uses a large amount of coffee beans from Nepal to pair well with the beer. It retains the sweetness of the malt and the aroma of coffee, with a light bitterness. Enjoy the fresh aroma of brewed coffee with sweet desserts. Alcohol by volume (ABV): 6.5% Bitterness (IBU): 30 Ingredients: malt, hops, coffee
