High-grade sea bream is carefully prepared in a thickness that accentuates its flavor. Enjoy the natural sweetness and elegant aroma of sea bream! Finish with a bowl of dashi chazuke, a dish in which the deliciousness of the sea bream is infused.
This is a luxurious course in which the blowfish is cut into thick slices and grilled on a teppan like grilled meat! Enjoy the texture and sweetness of the plump puffer fish! Finish with a bowl of chazuke, a dish in which the bones of the puffer fish are marinated in soup stock.

This is our signature winter limited exquisite hot pot, made with 'fresh monkfish liver' that has been carefully cleaned by hand to remove any blood or sinew, ensuring no unpleasant odor. Please enjoy it to the fullest with a finishing touch of egg and plenty of green onions in a rice porridge.
