Hot plate, spicy in summer. Cheese Dak Galbi! Authentic homemade recipe stir-fried with gochujang from a famous restaurant, served with gooey cheese and tteokbokki. Extra cheese: 200 yen, extra tteokbokki: 200 yen, additional dak galbi (one serving): 780 yen.
A menu item that is always found in izakayas across various regions. If you're unsure, choose this. That's Mizutaki! Meat and vegetables are boiled in hot water or kelp broth and eaten with ponzu or soy sauce.
