It's fun to sit at the counter and order while discussing the dishes. There is a wide variety of dishes that pair well with wine, and the white wine goes perfectly with pâté and poached eggs on French fries. The meat is cooked to perfection, and whether it's lamb, beef heart, or horse steak, each one enhances its flavor. The rabbit confit and fried tuna cheek, as well as the baguette infused with tomatoes, leave a lasting impression. Enjoying red and white wine while nibbling on salad and gratin makes the meal progress lightly. I was completely satisfied with the crepe Suzette for dessert.
